Ce stage concerne les instructeurs, les coachs, les combattants ou les personnes susceptibles de l’etre ou de le devenir
(qu’importe le grade a partir de 13ans).
Une bonne preparation pour le debut de saison :
- le coaching sportif « coach /combattant
- les differences entre tactique technique strategie
- preparation physique specifique
Cette formation est ouverte a tous, mais le nombre de participants doit etre limite afin que nous puissions faire un travail de qualite (30 participants maximum).
Le cout : 60€ par participant ou 50€ pour un paiement avant le 07 octobre.
Cela comprend : l’hebergement, tous les repas, les boissons, les fruits et les differentes collations a partir du samedi soir jusqu’au dimanche 18h.

Ce stage interne est
programme pour les 12 et 13 janvier 2019 et concerne tous les membres
des dojos affilies de 8 a 77 ans. (Pour les enfants de 8 a 12 ans, un
stage specifique leur sera dedie)
1. Organisation et logistique
a. Prix du stage :
Le stage est
gratuit, mais une parcipaon de 10 euros est demandee pour couvrir
les
differents frais inherents (sandwichs du dimanche midi et
gouter pour les enfants le dimanche apres-midi)

Le stage
debutera pour tous a 13h00 le samedi 12 janvier.
Il se terminera a 16h le dimanche 13 janvier.

detail sera fourni en debut de stage.
e. Repas et hebergement :
Chacun prevoira son repas du
samedi midi ainsi que le gouter des enfants du samedi apres midi.Un
repas au restaurant le samedi soir est organise par FSKO a la charge
financiere de chacun des participants. Le dimanche midi, des
sandwichs seront proposes a chacun (grace a la participation de 10
euros) ainsi que le gouter des enfants le dimanche
apres-midi.
2. Les objectifs de ce stage :
a. Objectifs techniques
Les techniques : L’harmonisation des techniques sera une base de
travail lors de ce stage. Cette harmonisation permettra a tous de
connaitre et d’ameliorer son niveau de connaissances techniques
sur une echelle nationale. Il permettra a chacun des participants de
decouvrir des enchainements, des informations qui seront ensuite
requis lors du passage de grade officiel lors du seminaire
national.
Les katas : Deux DVDs officiels japonais existent maintenant. Ceux-ci devenant officiels au sein de FSKO, une remise a niveau des pratiques actuelles sera programmee.
b. Objectifs preparation combat et
detection
Le combat fait partie integrante du kyokushin, et
chacun utilise les moyens a sa disposition pour evoluer en kumite.
Des combattants aguerris, des coachs professionnels et bien
d’autres pratiquants ont connaissances de methodes, de techniques
et de connaissances physiologiques qu’ils ne demandent qu’a
partager. Dans le cadre de ce stage, plusieurs themes pourraient
etre abordes par ces pratiquants d’exceptions afin que chaque
combattant puisse profiter de ces precieux conseils, et integrer le
team FSKO.
c.
Objectifs selection
En vue du championnat d’Europe prevu a
Vilnius en Lituanie en avril 2019 et du championnat du monde prevu a
Tokyo en novembre 2019, le comite de selection observera et analysera
et designera les pretendants afin qu’ils representent dignement
F.SK.O. lors de ces deux grandes competitions.
d. Objectifs arbitrage
L’arbitrage est
un element essentiel dans notre structure F.S.K.O.Il est absolument
necessaire de proposer des formations afin que notre vivier
s’enrichisse de nouveaux juges et arbitres qui accompagneront nos
combattants dans les differentes competitions aussi bien dans
l’hexagone qu’a l’etranger. Cette annee, l’accent sera mis
sur ce poste afin que chacun puisse en connaitre les rudiments ou
aller plus loin dans ses connaissances et obtenir les diplomes que le
comite d’arbitrage remettra a l’issu de ce stage selon les
capacites et connaissances de chacun.
e. Objectifs passages de
grades
Ce stage incorporera un passage de grade de 10 eme kyu
a 3 eme kyu, dirige par les Branch Chiefs, les membres de la
commission technique ainsi que tous les instructeurs des dojos
presents. Ce stage sera egalement un parfait tremplin pour les plus
hauts grades pour se preparer et reviser ses fondamentaux
(techniques – katas) en vue du passage de grade lors du seminaire
national
f.
Objectifs stage enfants
Un stage sera egalement consacre pour
les enfants les plus motives de nos dojos. (De 8 a 12 ans) Ils sont
l’avenir de notre organisation et il est essentiel de les
rassembler autour d’un projet commun. Cela leur permettra de faire
connaissance avec les autres enfants des differents dojos et
les stimuler pour creer un esprit de camaraderie autour de notre
sport. Ces journees leur permettront de decouvrir quelques aspects
du kyokushin, via des enseignements ludiques appropries.
3. Krav Maga:
En marge de ce stage, un
stage de Krav Maga d’1h30 vous sera propose le dimanche matin de
09h a 10h30 pour la somme de 5 euros pour les stagiaires et 10 euros
pour les exterieurs. Ce stage facultatif vous permettra de vous
exercer a cette discipline et d’en connaitre les rudiments. Venez
tester sans hesiter ou vous aguerrir si vous en connaissez deja la
pratique.

The age limits of the competitors are as follows:

minimum 18 years old on the day of the competition
Contestants of above categories need to provide proof of minimum 1 year of Kyokushin or fullcontact karate practice.
Masters: Minimum 40 years old on the day of the competition. Contestants need to provide proof of minimum 2 years of Kyokushin or fullcontact karate practice.
The maximum age limit of the masters competition will be decided by the medical doctors appointed to this event, upon mandatory medical check prior to the start. Also the minimum weight allowed in the competition, in the lowest category, will be decided by the medical staff .
If a contestant loses consciousness because of a high kick KO, this incident will be noted in his/her sports passport and thus will be banned to compete for a period of 6 months.
Participants have to mandatory organize their insurance. The Organizer rejects any responsibility in case of injuries.

The competitor does not have a "head KO" entry in the last 6 months

Awards:
The first 4 competitors in each category will be awarded trophies, medals and certificates. There will be trophies for Best Technique and Best Spirit.

FSKO organise un grand stage interne francais dans les Hautes Vosges.
Ce stage interne est programme pour les 11 et 12 janvier 2020 et concerne tous les membres des dojos affilies de 8 a 77 ans.
(Pour les enfants de 8 a 12 ans, un stage specifique leur sera dedie)
1. Organisation et logistique
a. Prix du stage : Le stage est gratuit, mais une participation de 10 euros est demandee pour couvrir les differents frais inherents (sandwichs du dimanche midi et gouter)
b. Lieu : Le stage se deroulera au dojo Yamabushi de Rupt Sur Moselle (88 Vosges) : Gymnase rue Jules Ferry 88360 Rupt sur Moselle
c. Date : La date du stage est le samedi 11 et dimanche 12 janvier 2020.
d. Horaires : Le stage debutera pour tous a 14h00 le samedi 11 janvier. Il se terminera le dimanche 12 janvier a 16H00.
Le detail sera fourni en debut de stage.
e. Repas et hebergement : Pour les hebergements, vous pourrez trouver des hotels de Rupt sur Moselle : Hotel restaurant le Benelux, Hotel Restaurant le Relais des Anges ou encore « le Mot de Fourche a Rupt. A Remiremont (14Km du dojo) Ibis budget.
Chacun prevoira son repas du samedi midi, le gouter des enfants du samedi apres-midi est pris en charge. Un repas au restaurant le samedi soir est organise par FSKO a la charge financiere de chacun des participants. (En cours de negociation aupres du restaurateur) date d’inscription 29 /12/19. Le dimanche midi, des sandwichs seront proposes a chacun (grace a la participation de 10 euros du stage).
f. Les contraintes logistiques Concernant le stage enfant. Les enfants doivent participer a l’integralite du stage. Des pauses en fonction de l’age des enfants seront adaptees pour preserver physiquement et moralement

2. Les objectifs de ce stage :
a. Objectifs techniques Les techniques : L’harmonisation des techniques sera une base de travail lors de ce stage. Il permettra a chacun des participants de decouvrir des enchainements, des informations qui seront ensuite requis lors du passage de grade officiel lors du seminaire national. Les katas : Harmonisation des katas, en fonction du support electronique. Travail des decomptes sur les Pinan. Travail des Pinans en Ura. Perfectionnement des katas superieurs.
Instructeurs : Un groupe instructeur sera mis en place a deux reprises afin de completer ces axes de travail. Objectifs preparation combat, detection et stage arbitrage Le combat fait partie integrante du shinkyokushin, et chacun utilise les moyens a sa disposition pour evoluer en kumite. Des combattants aguerris, des coaches professionnels et bien d’autres pratiquants ont connaissances de methodes, de techniques et de connaissances physiologiques qu’ils ne demandent qu’a partager. Dans le cadre de ce stage, plusieurs themes pourraient etre abordes par ces pratiquants d’exceptions afin que chaque combattant puisse profiter de ces precieux conseils, et integrer le team FSKO.
b. Objectifs : stage arbitrage Ce stage permettra egalement d’aborder les regles d’arbitrage Shinkyokushin. Avec mise en application.
c. Objectifs stage enfants Un stage sera egalement consacre pour les enfants les plus motives de nos dojos. Ils sont l’avenir de notre organisation et il est essentiel de les rassembler autour d’un projet commun. Cela leur permettra de faire connaissance avec les autres enfants des differents dojos et les stimuler pour creer un esprit de camaraderie autour de notre sport. Ces journees leur permettront de decouvrir quelques aspects du shinkyokushin, via des enseignements ludiques appropries.

1 - Stage combat : Une bonne preparation pour le debut de saison

Ce stage est ouvert a tous, pour toutes federations et tous styles mais le nombre de participants doit etre limite pour chacune d'entre elles afin que nous puissions faire un travail de qualite (30 participants maximum).

Dans un lieu magnifique a 1600 M d’altitude au pied des pistes. Je vous donne rendez-vous au Karellis en Savoie.
Nous travaillerons, sur l’aspect physique car nous connaissons tous les biens faits de l’attitude sur notre organisme. Le travail en hypoxie nous amenera le manque d’oxygene. Mais le corps est une machine redoutable … une hormone sera donc secrete qui augmentera la quantite de globule rouge qui aidera nos muscles a se contracter plus fort, plus rapidement et plus longtemps
En l’occurrence cette date n’a pas ete choisie par Hazard car 15 jours plus tard a lieu le championnat d’Europe shinkyokushinkai et pour info c’est 15 jours apres le stage que les effets sont a leurs maximum
Nous profiterons aussi de cet endroit magnifique pour parler et echanger sur la preparation mentale. Il a ete aujourd’hui prouve que 80% de la difference entre deux athletes se faisaient dans la tete. Nous travaillerons en groupe sur des evenements ainsi que des faits precis.
Notre tete et notre corps sera mis a rude epreuve !!
Bien sur cela sera agremente de percussion, de la technique, de la tactique, de la strategie. Nous visons aussi bien la partie KATA que COMBAT ! comme les circuits exterieurs
Nous aurons la chance egalement de jouir d’une salle, ce qui permettra d’assurer la theorie comme par exemple la biomecanique, la pratique a pied nue, combat, kata… stretching

Competition according to WKO rules.
Category (2009-2006) compete in hogo, cotton fists protectors, cotton shin and foot protectors.
Category 2005 compete in cotton fists protectors, cotton shin and foot protectors. All competitors must have a set of personal protection. Organizer provides hogo and helmets.
Allowed techniques in the semi contact formula:
All kicks for gedan, chudan and jodan. All hand strikes for chudan.
Competitors must control the strength of the jodan techniques, no knockouts using jodan techniques are allowed.

Niji Yama dojo has the honour to invite you to its "Belgian Shinkyokushin Cup 2022". Battle of 4 countries (Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium.
This will take place on Sunday January 30, 2022, in the Niji Yama Dojo, Fortsteenweg 120, Merksem.
Since many Tournaments are cancelled due to Covid, we want to give our fighters the opportunity to keep their match rhythm and to prepare for the big tournamnets coming up. The Niji Yama Cup is a competition for Juniors 16/17 year olds and adult A and B fighters. B fighters are fighters who did not fight more than 6 tournaments.
Max. allowed people in the venue. The rules state that only 200 people in total are allowed inside. Therefore we want to work with a maximum of 120 participants. Also spectators are not allowed except for fighters min 18 year olds, 2 supervisors are allowed.
So we ask everyone to take this in mind. Also only 2 coaches per team allowed.
Mouth masks are obligatory but not during the fights.
Fighting will be according to the rules of (Shin)Kyokushin-kumite.
Juniors, ladies and gentlemen can all participate. Because of the closed helmets all kicks are allowed for juniors but the kicks to the head must be controlled and may never result in a KO.
The categories are as follows:
Juniors (16-17 years): boys - girls
Seniors (from 18 years onwards to ......): men - women
Depending on the registrations we will work according to the pyramid system or if necessary in pools.
Protection:
Juniors: Shin protection, groin protection for the boys, hand protection and head protection (closed helmets) the organizer will provide enough helmets. Girl's chest protection (cups),

The age limits of the competitors are as follows:
U-12 Children: U-14 Children: U-16 Cadets: U-18 Juniors: U-20 Youth :
year of birth 2010,2011 year of birth 2008,2009 year of birth 2006,2007 year of birth 2004,2005
A competitor is considered as a Youth U-20 from the date of birth so that he/she will be 18 years old on the day of the competition to the 1st of January in the year that he/she will be 20 years old
Masters : must have minimum 40 years on the day of the competition
Contestants of above categories need to provide proof of minimum 1 year of Kyokushin or fullcontact karate practice.
Participants have to mandatory organize their insurance. The Organizer rejects any responsibility in case of injuries.
Competition Rules and conditions:
EKO / Organizational passport valid for 2022 (BUDO PASS)
Valid medical certificate /"COMPETITOR" sports medic approval not older than 6
months.
The competitor does not have a "head KO" entry in the last 6 months
Certificate of non-pregnant state for female competitors (not older than 1 month)
Declaration of participation (all) and Parent approval form for contestants up to U-18.

Ce stage, organise par le Yamabushi kyokushin, club FSKO, est ouvert a tous, a partir de l’age de

Plusieurs hauts grades FSKO permettant de travailler par groupe (theme, ages, competiteurs…)

GOLDEN LEAGUE
Adults (+18) who have competed in Adult European or World
Championships within the last two years or those who want to
challenge themselves, compete in this separate high-level
category.
RULES
The
list of compulsary and free katas according to each category can be
found on www.tomodachi-dojo.ch -> Tomodachi
Events -> Tomodachi Kata Cup
Competitors must show the katas as
defined. It is allowed to perform the same kata in the finals,
semifinals and the 3rd & 4th place round
(exception: Golden League). If less than 4 participants/teams are
registered, two categories can be put together. In this case
compulsory and free katas stay the same according to the
grade.
The key date for age classification is the age at tournament day (U16 = not yet 16 years of age). Participants at the age of 14 and 15 are allowed to additionally participate in the +16 categories. To save time, we reserve the right to have the lower belt U16 individual categories perform their kata simultaneously. If so, this would only be the case in the preliminary rounds.
A
lower belt competitor is allowed to compete in a higher belt
category, however has to choose only 1 individual and/or 1 team
category.

REFEREES
A
wide range of referees from different Kyokushin organisations and the
supervision of the tournament main referee secure a fair evaluation.
Whenever possible referees will be substituted if competitors from
the same dojo are competing. We welcome referees starting from
2nd kyu.
Being
a referee in the morning as well as a competitor in the afternoon is
possible. Referees can wear their organisation’s uniform. Drinks
and food will be provided.
